    Chio Right...
    Went dinner & drinking with colleagues on Fri...it was quite enjoyable, but i had to leave super early (around 9 plus) cuz the driver wanna go home...so for the sake of hitching a free ride...i went back first..Anyway i realized i can't take liquor very well, almost wasted after 2 glasses of wine..probably won't drink in a couple of months...( Drinking is bad u know!!! loL)
    Haven't been training for a while (3 consecutive wks)...i guess it's best to leave things this way...Forget the past & move on...He thought i stopped training cuz of his 'Bf'... Oh well...
