Today training si bei hiong
Haha........Dunno what got into Sensei....
Maybe of the two tock gongs that came down 2day
1 hr of knee technique......he didnt even bother to demo for some...
morever, he was on OT leh...
9.10pm liao...
也不舍得 end training

No wonder he cough/ sneeze non-stop
