Finally blogger is back to normal...couldn't post for a while.... yesterday training v v tiring.... not to mention the "warm up" i had prior training....moving of 50 mats from a store room at the end of mpsh 5 all the way up....for the 1st 1/2 hr...only four pple.... sad hor... move until fingers got blisters =(
training was on iriminage, in group of four throughout... xiong!
